Property

The Estate owns several properties in the picturesque villages of Heydour and Kelby.

Welcome to Heydour Estate

The Estate is a family owned country Estate located in rural Lincolnshire near Grantham and Sleaford between the picturesque villages of Heydour and Kelby. The area totals about 1400 acres.

This web site shows a little of the history and all of the operations currently being run on the Estate.

Looking after the natural environment is at the very heart of everything we do at Heydour Estate. The farm has been in a countryside stewardship scheme and is now also in the Entry Level agri-environment scheme. Most of the arable fields have 6 metre field margins and we have planted more than 15 hectares of new broadleaf woodland to promote wildlife habitats and enhance the environment. The aim is to make sure that everything we do leaves the land and environment in a better place for future generations,

The main enterprises on the estate are agriculture, shooting and property letting.
